Products

What is your jewelry made from? Is it hypo-allergenic?

Our earrings are Silver Plated Nickel. There is potential for silver plating to wear off but, the silver plating makes these earrings hypoallergenic if you do have a mild nickel allergy.

What can I do if a product is out of stock on your website?

You can follow us along on Social Media; Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok for updates on restocks and new releases or you can reach out to us at Support@foambrain.com and we can let you know when an item may be restocked.

The Plastic RPG Set I purchased looks a bit different than the photo on your site.

Due to our manufacturer’s process, our plastic rpg dice sets may exhibit slight variations in colors and patterns. Though, the main color schemes and style will remain the same - you may receive a set that has more purple than blue, for example.
For this reason, our plastic dice sets will not always be exactly the same as the sets posted in our listings though we do our best to select sets that best exemplify the colors and variations in each set.

What happens after I place an order for a Tshirt?

Tshirts purchased on our site are printed and fulfilled by a third party company called Printify. Printify will handle shipping so if you’ve purchased any other items with your Tshirt, they will be shipped separately from our warehouse.


Do you offer gift cards?

Yes we do - hit the 'Gift Cards' tab to order digital gift cards.

I'd like to be notified of new products - how can I sign up for your newsletter?

You can sign up for our weekly newsletter at the bottom of any page of our website or by creating an account and checking the box for our newsletter.

What if I need an order by a specific date?

If you need an order by a specific date, please let us know in the checkout "Notes" section or reach out to support@foambrain.com. We'll do our best to get you your order within the time frame but we cannot guarantee shipping times. Should you need expedited shipping you can purchase Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express shipping at checkout.

What If I'm Purchasing a Gift?

We do not send invoices with pricing with our orders, only packing slips. You can also use the checkout "Notes" section to leave a message for whoever you're gifting to!

Shipping

Do you ship to outside the U.S?  

Yes - we ship worldwide! We use Shopify Markets Pro to offer payment in multiple local currencies, and to handle UK and European VAT requirements. 

How much does shipping cost?

Standard US shipping is a flat $4 for orders under $25 or free for orders over $35. Expedited shipping and worldwide shipping is calculated based on the weight of the products ordered.

How quickly do you ship? 

We mail out orders daily. Most orders received before 12pm Eastern will be shipped same day, other orders will be shipped next day, unless otherwise noted in the item description.

My order was marked as delivered but has not yet shown up.

Sometimes shipping carriers mark packages delivered prematurely. The first thing you should do is check around your mailbox and property. If you have not found it, give your local post office a call. They will be able to provide information beyond what we can see on the tracking information link.

My tracking shows my order is still in transit.

Sometimes shipping carriers can experience delays. If you are concerned about your package or if it has been over two weeks, please contact your local post office as they will be able to provide more information beyond what we can see on the tracking information link.

My tracking shows my order was returned to sender.

Reach out to us at Support@foambrain.com and we will make sure to confirm your address and resolve the issue.

I have not received an order confirmation or tracking number.

Reach out to us at Support@foambrain.com and provide your email address as well as your phone number so we can look up your order and determine its status.

If an email was not submitted at Checkout, you will only receive text messages alerts if you have those notifications turned on.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes we do! When submitting your address, just input your PO box instead of your physical address.

 

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy? 

We accept returns within 30 days for all items in new condition (excluding clothing or custom items), less shipping costs. We cannot accept opened mystery products for return. Please contact support@foambrain.com to help arrange for your return.

What do I do if my dice arrive damaged? 

In the case your product is damaged in transit, you can opt to exchange the product for an identical one at no cost within the 30 days of your products arrival.
