Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping Policy

We ship Monday - Friday each week, excluding holidays. Order placed before 12pm will usually be shipped same-day, orders after 12pm will be shipped on the next business day. 

Unless otherwise specified, all orders ship via USPS ground advantage or priority mail (depending on weight) and should arrive within 1 week.  Weather related issues can impact delivery times.

Standard US shipping of orders of $35 or more are free, otherwise standard US shipping is $4. Expedited US shipping and international shipping is calculated based on weight and will show up at checkout.

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 30 days for all items in new condition (excluding clothing or custom items), less shipping costs. Please contact support@foambrain.com to help arrange for your return.

Defective Products

In the unlikely event that there is an issue with a product we sell within 30 days, we will replace it. Please contact support@foambrain.com to arrange for an exchange.
